The Veterinary Endocrinology Society of the Pacific and Asia (VESPA) promotes scientific progress, education, and excellent standards of practice of companion animal and comparative endocrinology in Asian and Pacific countries.

VESPA thus encourages and promotes improved research collaboration, methods of diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of endocrine diseases of animals. To further this mission globally, VESPA collaborates and coordinates with other veterinary endocrine societies (SCE, ESVE, ABEV and others).

VESPA furthers education in comparative endocrinology by encouraging adequate training and by disseminating information by means of scientific meetings, seminars, and courses.
